Summer Sewing Camp: Morning Makers

Our Summer Sewing Camps are designed for young makers ages 9 and up who want to learn new skills, explore their creativity, and complete fun, beginner-friendly projects in a supportive studio environment.

Using elements of the licensed Sewciety Kids® curriculum, campers will learn sewing fundamentals, machine operation, safety, and project construction while building confidence behind the sewing machine.

Every camp begins with our Learn-to-Sew experience, where students learn sewing machine basics, classroom safety, and foundational sewing skills before beginning their projects.

June 24–26: STITCH & CARRY
Create practical projects you'll love to use every day.
Projects may include:

July 8–10: STYLE & STITCH
Express your creativity through fun wearable projects and accessories.
Projects may include:
• Bandana
• Scrunchie
• Upcycled Tee

July 22–24: SUMMER MAKER STUDIO
Put your new sewing skills to work with projects you'll be proud to create, use, and share.
Projects may include:
• Pocket Apron
• Envelope Pillow Cover
• Fabric Organizer Basket

Every Camp Includes:
• Sewing machine use during camp
• All fabrics and project materials
• Thread and notions
• Guided instruction
• Learn-to-Sew Day
• Daily snack and water
• Three completed projects to take home

$149 per camper

No prior sewing experience required.

Please note: Featured projects may vary slightly based on student skill level, instructional pacing, and material availability. Camp registrations are non-refundable. Written cancellations received at least seven (7) days prior to camp may be eligible for store credit in accordance with The Sewcial Box policies.
